Edit Paths provides clipping path and other Photoshop services. By signing up or otherwise visiting, using, or engaging with our website (“editpaths.com”) and services (together, the “Edit Paths Website” or “Site”), or accessing any content or material that is made available by Pixel Experts bd through the Service You (“you”, client, “user”, “customer”) are entering into a binding contract with Pixel Experts bd. The Pixel Experts bd Service also includes the Customer Portal as further described in the Customer Portal section. Your agreement with us includes these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements, accept these Agreements, and agree to be bound by them. 2. Changes to the Agreements

Additionally, users may post content to the Site to obtain services.
5. Rights We Grant to You
Edit Paths grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to make use of the Site, and a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to make personal, non-commercial, entertainment use of the Content. This License shall remain in effect until and unless terminated by you or Edit Paths. You promise and agree that you are using the Content for your own personal, non-commercial, entertainment use and that you will not redistribute or transfer the Site or the Content. All Edit Paths trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and any other features of the Edit Paths brand are the sole property of Edit Paths or its licensors. Edit Paths is integrated with third-party applications, websites, and services, including but not limited to Shopify, PayPal, BrickFTP, Heroku, HelpScout, Smile.io and Stripe (“Third-Party Applications”), to make available content, products, and/or services to you. These Third-Party Applications may have their own terms and conditions of use and privacy policies that govern your use of these Third-Party Applications. By using the Site, you agree to comply with the Third-Party Applications’ terms and conditions and privacy policies. You understand and agree that Edit Paths does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for the behavior, features, or content of any Third-Party Application or for any transaction you may enter into with the provider of any such Third-Party Applications.
7. User-Generated Content
What rights does Edit Paths grant to users who post content to the Site?
Edit Paths grants users who post content to the Site a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to make personal, non-commercial, entertainment use of the Content. The license remains in effect until and unless terminated by the user or Edit Paths. Users agree to not redistribute or transfer the Site or the Content.
8. Rights You Grant Us
You grant Edit Paths a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any User Content that you post on or in connection with Edit Paths (“IP License”). This IP License includes, for example and without limitations, the right for Edit Paths or any third party Edit Paths designates, to use, copy, transmit, excerpt, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works of, host, index, cache, tag, encode, modify and adapt (including without limitation the right to adapt to streaming, downloading, broadcast, mobile, digital, thumbnail, scanning or other technologies) in any form or media now known or hereinafter developed, any User Content posted by you on or to Edit Paths.

• Disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Site;
